I was invited to portray the LIGHTHOUSE – Center for Kundalini Yoga and White Tantra in Dresden.
They offer Kundalini Yoga classes and workshops for adults, children, seniors, and pregnant people.
Visitors can enjoy holistic treatments and coaching, including Shiatsu, sound massages, voice and body coaching, and massage therapy.
Music, singing, dancing, cooking, and sharing meals together are an important part of the center’s community experience.
